Description
You will have a variety of responsibilities which will include:- Bank reconciliations
- working with the finance manager to ensure bank reconciliations are accurate, up to date and coded correctly with good descriptions
- Credit control and payment allocation in a business to business environment this will involve building strong relationships with customers and ensuring that the sales invoices meet all their requirements to ensure prompt payment is made
- Work with the FD and Finance Manager to provide accurate and up to date cash flow forecasting information
- Sales ledger control attention to detail in ensuring cash receipts are correctly matched and any discrepancies are followed up
- Working within the finance team and assisting colleagues when required
- Credit Control
- Experience of SIMPRO (job control system) and/or Quickbooks would be an advantage
