Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer-Surrey
Our client is a leading provider of commercial maintenance services to private and public sector clients.

Reporting into the Contracts Manager, the Gas Engineer will be required to carry out assigned day to day delivery of planned, reactive and small worksassigned on a wide range of commercial properties.

Essential Qualifications:

Commercial gas minimum requirements

COCNPI: Core
COCNI: Appliances
BMPI: Gas booster
CIGAI: Indirect fired
TPCPIA: Testing purge
ICPN1: Pipework
CDGAI: Direct fired
COMCATI: Atmospheric burners
CORT1: Overhead heaters

Domestic qualifications

CCNI: Core
HTR1: Heaters
CENWAT: Boilers
CPAI: Analyser

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

Mechanical
City & Guilds Level 3 or Equivalent
Building Maintenance Experience
Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word

Essential skills:

Maintenance biased with Multi-Skilled experience
Good communications skills written and verbal
Client facing
Open to dealing with other forms of work such as installations
Capable of working on own initiative and without supervision
Able to adapt to quickly changing environments and client's requirements
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent organisational skills / Time management /Ability to prioritise and organise own workload/ able to work to deadlines
Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements

Salary & Benefits:
