Description

You will be providing an expert consultancy service and advice to all NHSBT managers on a range of workforce issues to ensure that organisational objectives and workforce targets are achieved.

Working as an autonomous generalist practitioner, you will have the opportunity to develop your experience in a large, multi-functional Organisation with an interesting and challenging Workforce Strategy.

This is an opportunity to join a strong and diverse multi-disciplinary team working across the UK. Based in Bristol, but with the opportunity for hybrid working and we seek to enable flexible working wherever possible.
