We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Sheffield.

As a leading, specialist recruitment agency in the UK, we have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality recruitment services to our clients across various industries.

We're a premium brand that services the Legal & Financial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential clients to establish relationships and secure new business opportunities.
Manage a large portfolio of existing clients
Provide advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices, including job descriptions, salary expectations, and market trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the growth of the business.
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on recruitment activity and progress.

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial recruitment, with a minimum of 18 months experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing workload effectively.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
A good sense of humour
