Role:
Decorator

Location:
Various sites, primarily North/Mid/West Norfolk

Reporting to:
Site supervisor/foreman

Role purpose:
To provide a rounded and effective decorator function. Working within a small team of fellow craftsman/tradesman/site managers to successfully and sympathetically complete construction schemes.

Supported by a team of dedicated office staff and operating throughout the Norfolk region, the role will bolster our service offering to key clients such as the National Trust, local architectural partners, and homeowners.

Role responsibilities:

Following all site standards, protocols, procedures and requirements to ensure a safe, efficient and professional build, including compliance with all relevant safety and trading regulations.
Ability to work independently and plan time effectively.
Highly energetic and have a passion for teamwork.

Full UK driving licence.
Effective communicator.
Display an innovative approach. A problem solver with the ability to work to deadlines.
Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and pride whilst maintaining an efficient and customer focused service
