Metalis are working with a market leading company who specalise within the design, development, manufacturing of high performance sustainable solutions in a range of civil engineering and environmental markets.

They're looking for an
Engineering Supervisor to join their West Yorkshire based team.


The Role:


  • Maintain the portfolio of equipment installed and operated to ensure that criteria is met
  • Responsible for the maintenance and repair of site mechanical and electrical installations and equipment
  • Support the managers by taking responsibility for leading the engineering team
  • To undertake HR processes such as informal and formal discussions, investigation meetings and any other HR related issues as required
  • Maintaining computer based information relating to machine performance and maintenance schedules
  • Undertaking and completing project work of a mechanical / electrical / fabrication nature
  • Will be organised and work in a clean and tidy manner
  • Have the drive and leadership skills to improve the uptime of factory machines
  • Have the ability to work as part of a team is key
  • Must be able to work within our
    ISO9001:2008 Quality System

The Package:

- £45,000 per annum

  • 8:00am 6:00pm Monday Thursday, 8:00am 5:00pm Fridays (ON CALL WHEN REQUIRED)
