Scheduling Co-ordinator

CN Security Ltd are looking for a professional, passionate, and enthusiastic Scheduling Co-Ordinator, to join our dedicated Guarding Operations team in delivering impeccable, security services to our clients throughout the UK.

Reporting directly to, and supporting our Lead Scheduling Officer, you will work collaboratively with several departments within our business. You will manage the performance of our contracted security partners and maintain excellent relations with important clients.

Overview:

Salary: £ per year.
Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off, and 4 nights on 12hour shift

position

Location: Peterborough

Main Duties for Scheduling Co-ordinator:

Monitoring the performance of our contracted security partners with proactive communication and client relations, as well as datadriven insight.
Take ownership of daytoday security officer attendance, chasing unconfirmed guarding shift bookings, monitoring punctuality and ontheground communications.
Providing regular feedback to the Chief Operations Officer, ensuring that any challenges are proactively communicated.
Maintaining excellent relationships with our key clients and acting as trusted first point of contact for enquiries and service problems.
Proactively ensuring that shift handovers are completed to a high standard, ensuring continuity and a highperformance standard across the team.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must have the following:

A highly skilled and adaptable communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Experience in shift scheduling, knowledge of security scheduling system software.
Proficient and confident in adapting to new work management systems.
Detaildriven, proud, and a motivated performer.
