What you'll be doing:

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and organising workloads for field teams within our Service Management Centre.

Key responsibilities will include planning jobs and allocate them to Repair & Maintenance teams, circulating whereabouts to Supervisors, customer call-backs and raising tickets.


We're looking for you to:


  • Have previous experience in a customer focussed role
  • Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills

This is a temporary role paying £13 per hour, working Monday-Friday 7.30am-4pm.
