Purpose of the Role

  • Responsible for managing the interface between Cargo Revenue/Commercial teams and the
Operational teams in London, Madrid & Worldwide, to ensure that Contribution is optimised
whilst balancing operational requirements, and delivering robust flight plans to the
Operation at Flight Handover

  • Managing day to day tactical activity with Sales, Operations, Revenue Management &
Network teams

  • Managing the shortterm capacity interface with the Passenger Directorates (Tactical and
Operations Planning teams, Engineering teams)

  • Act as the key interface with Offshore teams to drive continuous improvement to
planning, scheduling and key Revenue Management processes

  • Champion booking conformance across the IAGC network
  • Shift work, providing 365 days a year support to the business (6am 10pm)

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as key revenue/commercial interface with London, Madrid and Worldwide Operations
teams to balance selling activities with operational constraints

  • Manage offshore Flight Preparation processes and ensure flights handed over to the
Operation robustly and accurately

  • Manage commercial and operational restrictions, balancing the
need to optimise contribution and capacity utilisation with delivering revenue and customer
experience targets

  • Manage commercial tactical levers to balance Operational challenges whilst maximising
revenue

  • Manage selling systems capability in line with agreed handled tonnages
  • Manage the daily interface with offshore team in India to ensure processes mapped
effectively and continuous improvement approach applied

  • Manage the short term interface with the Passenger Business to ensure that IAGC's interests are considered in aircraft cancellations and allocation decisions and baggage processes
