We're recruiting for a Repairs Supervisor to join our Property Care team based in Gloucester.


Within this role you'll work 40 hours per week and will also join the out of hours service team on a rota basis with a standby/call out payment.


The role:


  • Involved in daytoday repairs and void management services.
  • Supervising a small number of GCH in house repairs team made up of multi skilled and various trades.
  • Day to Day management of subcontractors.

The Person:


  • Experience of supervising trades people or contractors within a similar environment.
  • Experience with good allround knowledge of maintenance/ construction.
  • Relevant trade qualifications.
  • Experience of dealing with performance and productivity of teams and individuals.
  • Have a full driving license.


GCH is an independent housing association providing excellent housing management services to over 5,200 tenants and 260 leaseholders in Gloucester.
