We are looking for a charismatic and engaging individual who can connect with clinical nursing teams at all levels and support

Sheppard Ward will be piloting the Collaborative Learning in Practice (CLiP) model of student support from April 2023.

We are looking for a nurse with an interest in education and skills facilitation to join the Sheppard Ward Team to lead on the introduction and embedding of the CLiP model of practice.


You will also be working as part of the Junior Sister/Charge Nurse team and therefore there will be a requirement to support the established ward management team with other aspects of day-to-day management on the ward.

However, your primary focus for the first three months of this role will be to work with colleagues to introduce and embed the CLiP model and provide clinically focused ward based training.

This role requires an experienced nurse with the tenacity to fit into an established team quickly and credibly. You will need to be self-directed and driven to ensure standards of excellence for student education and patient care. You will need to have supervisor and assessor training.
