Overview:


The Digital Applications Department sits under the Technology Directorate and is responsible for ensuring everyone can use the right system at the right time, every time, supporting our front-line services and all colleagues.

The team proactively roles out change across systems to support colleagues, strengthen security and automate processes where appropriate.


Responsibilities:

They will provide high-level administration service for the workstreams, organising meetings, updating the portfolio, and supporting resource management.

They will work closely with the other Digital departments to coordinate the prioritisation of workstreams and problem resolution.


This will be a varied role and would suit an ambitious highly organised individual with a can-do attitude when it comes to helping others and learning.

The role entails working with both internal and external users and suppliers. An understanding of Office 365, including SharePoint, is a must. Knowledge of IT systems, Asset Management, Risk Management, Information Governance would be beneficial.

This role will support the continuous service improvement agenda of the Technology Department.
