Freedom Networks (an NG Bailey company) are currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their team in Catterick (DL10 7JQ).

This is a full-time position working in the office 37 hours per week Monday to Friday.


Core Responsibilities:


  • Working with work management system and administration team to ensure that all jobs are raised, scheduled, assigned and completed as required.
  • Working with Freedom's delivery team managers on the procurement and ongoing management and engagement of Franchisees & Subcontractors.
  • Value completed works in the period and compile monthly reports.
  • Review and process any returned documentation received from clients to ensure accurate job completions on work management system.
  • Support commercial and financial monthend processes.
  • Support the compiling of quotations and estimates where applicable.
  • Follow mapped procedures for client work processing.
  • Raise Purchase Orders where applicable.
  • Commercial and administrative involvement with Works Management System and other IT software.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.
  • Effective communication with various levels of personnel on the framework, internal and external.
  • Assist with Cost Value Reconciliations.
  • Postaudit of works commercially completed.

Ideal Applicants will have:


  • Strong IT Literacy & Numeracy Skills
  • Experience in a Commercial Administration role
  • Desirable

  • Building and Civils

  • Mechanical and Electrical experience
