Customer Service Administrator
Northampton (surrounding area)
£11.00/hour + holiday pay
Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
Hybrid
You will be responsible for:
- Answering telephone calls using a headset
- Monitoring orders
- Distribution of collection reports to customers
- Communication with internal and external customers
You will need:
- Proven experience of working within an administrative role.
- Experience of giving excellent customer service.
- Have an ability to work in a busy office environment
- Excellent telephone manner, with a strong customer focus
- Able to work as part of a small team
- Have an appropriate and suitable workspace at home
You will be:
- A customer focused enthusiastic person
- Willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast passed environment
