Temporary Ongoing Role

Customer Service Administrator

Northampton (surrounding area)

£11.00/hour + holiday pay

Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Hybrid

You will be responsible for:


  • Answering telephone calls using a headset
  • Monitoring orders
  • Distribution of collection reports to customers
  • Communication with internal and external customers

You will need:


  • Proven experience of working within an administrative role.
  • Experience of giving excellent customer service.
  • Have an ability to work in a busy office environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, with a strong customer focus
  • Able to work as part of a small team
  • Have an appropriate and suitable workspace at home

You will be:


  • A customer focused enthusiastic person
  • Willing to learn
  • Able to work in a fast passed environment
