Description
We are actively seeking an experienced Administrator on behalf of our client situated in Farnham, Surrey.Our client is an established successful SME operating within the property sector, due to continual growth they are now expanding their team.
This is a part - time supporting Administrative role, that offers a degree of flexibility within working hours.The ideal working pattern will be 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday and Friday 09:00-17:30hrs although some flexibility can be offered upon start and finish times.
Duties:
- Day to day liaison with prospective clients and existing clients
Assistance to Practice Manager
Accurately record and process instructions received from clients
Issue quotations
Preparation of reports
Maintain CRM database
Accept and recording card transaction payments
Other office related procedures as required
Skills & Qualifications
Microsoft Office Word and Excel proficiency
Accurate typing skills, including dictation
Able to work unsupervised and manage own work-load to meet deadlines
A good level of IT competency
Reasonable local geographical knowledge
Knowledge of "Teams" or "Zoom" practice helpful (but not essential)
