£23,500

Full Time, 5 days, 37.5 hours per week


Who are Lexonik?


Sound Training for Reading, trading as Lexonik, are a training provider based in Middlesbrough, specialising in providing educators with training in effective literacy intervention programmes.


The role


You will join a small admin team where your skills will be developed further, and you would be supporting our growing company through the provision of routine yet essential administrative duties, working closely with the Office Manager and HR Department.


Responsibilities include:


  • Record, file and track information as required
  • Organise and control inventory for office supplies, setting par levels; informing the Office Manager and ordering stock
  • Perform Office 365 administrative level tasks, such as cleansing and organising document libraries, disposing of duplicate files, etc
  • Process internal calls, transferring to intended recipients and taking messages where necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including letter campaigns where necessary
  • Communicate internal notices as instructed
  • Assist the HR Lead and the Office Manager with matters as they arise
  • Support the finance function with administrative tasks as requested
  • Support the employee expenses procedure by way of distributing sheets, sending reminders, and collating claims and returns; collating and recording relevant data for analysis
  • Assist with the cleansing of employee data in line with retention policies; maintaining the mapping of HR data
  • Dispatch HR related staff equipment with relevant documentation; maintaining the IT equipment inventory
  • Distribute relevant HR documents as necessary followed by receiving, chasing and recording; reporting as necessary about returns e.g. signatures required, health and safety matters, etc.
  • Maintain training records
  • Organise and maintain schedule for reviewing policies and procedures, filing versions; sending relevant internal communications of changes (EHU)
  • Support the recruitment needs of the business by posting adverts, collating CV's and corresponding with applicants.
