TSR Legal are proud to be working a multi-disciplinary, multi-office law firm who now have a brand-new opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Housebuilder team.

This sector encompasses all areas of law it takes to build a home, from land buying, planning and construction to site set up and plot conveyancing.

The team act for many of the UK's largest volume housebuilders as well as for strategic land companies, smaller traditional builders and niche start-up ventures.

Chambers describe the team as 'a respected team well known for its representation of housebuilders as part of its strong development offering'

This role will focus your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and varied work, working alongside highly respected leading practitioners.

If you are a qualified Associate or Senior Associate, ideally with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience gained with a leading property practice, we would very much like to hear from you.

Applications are encouraged from those with less PQE.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of technical experience, and be someone who shows initiative, drive and excellent client management skills.

Whilst this particular role is focussed within Housebuilder, if you have a broad experience within commercial property but a desire to specialise within the Housebuilder field then we would still be very interested in hearing from you.
