Service Desk Engineer - Bradford - £22k - £28k + Benefits

_Have you got 1st or 2nd line experience working with various software?_
The job of a Service Desk Engineer will involve Acting as the first point of contact.

  • Regular use of various different software including Exchange 365 and SharePoint.
  • Reviewing, resolving, and escalating tickets to third parties.
  • Liaising with various team members including junior colleagues to support their development.
  • Occasional field visits.
The person must be hard working, proactive and willing to learn. They must have prior experience working within a 1/2nd line position to easily transitiion into this role.
