WEEKEND SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR (New Forest)

Hours: 18.5 hours per week (12 hours over Saturday and Sundays, remaining hours hybrid/flexible)

Salary Range:
£24,341 to £26,216 pro rata per annum

Location:
New Milton & Hythe in the New Forest / some hybrid working

We are looking for motivated, well-organised individuals with experience of supporting vulnerable people with diverse needs to co-ordinate staff and activities for our service users.

The Weekend Support Co-Ordinator will co-ordinate the weekend support service.

The role includes co-designing a timetable of activities, groups and opportunities to promote wellbeing, foster positive social connections and increase independence.

The weekend support service offers essential support and a nurturing space for our service users to come together and try new things such as crafts, cooking or music activities as well as local outings or visits.
