PRODUCTIVE Office Assistant Wanted

Are you PRODUCTIVE, and looking for a NEW CHALLENGE? Then, we are looking for you

Your mission as the Office Assistant is to ensure that all delivered work is paid on time and any outstanding debt is collected.


You have the ability to solve difficult problems "head-on" and to keep track of people. You are computer-literate, you have a natural sense for order and planning and can prove that you have managed people towards success in the past. You have the ability to get things done on time and within deadlines.


The hardest and most demanding part of the job is to have the overall responsibility of managing - 5 Collections Assistants and making sure that any problems related to paying the outstanding amounts are resolved.


There will be high rewards for attaining the agreed results and thus growing within a company that has been stably expanding for over a decade.


Previous experience in the same or similar role is welcomed but not essential, as full on-the-job training will be provided.


Responsibilities:


  • Supervising a team of Collections Assistants.
  • Making sure all outstanding money is collected.
  • Banking cash and cheques.
  • Assisting with payments and managing the purchase ledger.

  • Ability to confront difficult conversations with customers.
  • Setting targets.
  • Leadership.

Job Types:

£13.00 per hour
