Regional Sales Manager - PPE
Are you seeking a sales opportunity with a long-term outlook?

Our client offers a salary range of £42,500 to £50,000 (depending on experience) plus commission incentives, company car or allowance, and generous benefits.

The field sales territory covers the South West and South Wales regions, from Swindon along the M4 corridor.

We have an immediate live position available, starting in January 2025.

The Role

You will report to the UK & Ireland Sales Manager and contribute to expanding the sales team by realigning territories.

The Midlands region is a key focus area, with various end-user sectors aligning well with our PPE and hand protection solutions.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Aligning the manufacturer with existing national accounts and independent distribution partners.
Promoting new PPE innovations to the market.
Supporting safety distribution partners through regular end-user calls.

In the first few months, it's crucial to establish trust and effective working relationships with the distribution sales team members.

Attending trade exhibitions and events across the UK is also a significant part of this role.

Requirements

To succeed as our Regional Sales Manager, you should have:

A consultative selling style.
In-depth knowledge of H&S legislation and PPE products.
Recent sales experience working for a National or Independent distributor selling PPE or safety products.

Alternatively, we consider sales individuals from other sectors, such as Hygiene & Janitorial, Cleanroom supplies, or Industrial consumables. An initial interview with our Recruiting Manager will be conducted via Teams to discuss the position further.
