The Client

Compass Associates are extremely proud to be working with a Leading Private Hospital, located in the South Kensington area of London, who offer over a full range of services including Orthopaedics, Spinal, Gynaecology, Urology, Plastics, Cardiology, Neurosurgery, General, Vascular, Oncology, Dental, Maxillofacial and ENT.


This state-of-the-art hospital is recognised for their personalised care, delivered at the highest standard, along with their continuous investment into their technology and equipment.

At present, we are looking for a dedicated Clinical Team Leader to join their Medical Ward.

The Role


As a Clinical Lead, you will have a number of responsibilities including supporting the Matron in the management of the ward, providing expert knowledge to junior staff, promoting an inclusive environment, ensuring that a high level of care is delivered in line with clinical governance, and the implementation and evaluation of care.


Our client is able to offer this position as a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hour per weeks, or a part-time position with a minimum requirement of 30 hours per week, which will be worked a mixture of long days, nights and weekends.

We are looking for a professional, dynamic and patient-focused individual to join their welcoming team.

In order to be successful with this opportunity, you will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) registered with NMC.

Role Requirements

  • RGN Qualification
  • NMC Registration
  • Previous experience within a similar setting within the NHS or private sector will be advantageous
  • Previous Senior Staff Nurse or Sister/Charge Nurse experience
  • Evidence of clinical leadership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Motivated and enthusiastic
  • Proactive approach
Summary
In return, there is a generous salary of up to £46,500 on offer.
