A exciting role in credit control that offers hybrid working. This role is based right in didsbury and is offering between £26,000 to £27,000 with a 1k performance bonus.

Well established and Global company based in Didsbury. You will be part of a fast paced and reliable team.


Description

Duties include:

  • Maintain appropriate credit lines for existing customers to include regular review
  • Dealing with internal queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time
  • Management of new account take on process to include credit check of prospect, obtaining credit insurance or appropriate security and set up in all systems
  • Support the sale ledger department if needed
  • Manage relationships with commercial colleagues and internal customers

Profile

  • Wanting to work towards credit management
  • Ability to deal with difficult situations and customers
  • Be able to communicate and understand problems quickly
  • Experience of credit risk analysis in a b2b environment.
