As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases
- Processing customer orders using the company's sales order processing software.
- Invoicing customer orders using the company's sales order processing software.
- Document control
- Dealing with sales order progress queries and correspondence both verbally and in writing.
- Answer general pricing and stock enquiries for existing customers.
- General administrative & reception duties
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Prior customer service/administration experience
Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00 per year
