Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional customer service?


As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a critical role in ensuring their satisfaction.

You will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Maintaining customer records and updating databases
  • Processing customer orders using the company's sales order processing software.
  • Invoicing customer orders using the company's sales order processing software.
  • Document control
  • Dealing with sales order progress queries and correspondence both verbally and in writing.
  • Answer general pricing and stock enquiries for existing customers.
  • General administrative & reception duties

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior customer service/administration experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00 per year
