Menzies Distribution Solutions are currently recruiting for a Depot Administrator to work out of our Corby depot.


The purpose of this role is to assist the depot accounts team to collate and complete information on a weekly/monthly basis.

You will also be required to carry out additional filing and general administration duties within the department. The role requires diligence and the ability to maintain confidential information.


Full-time, permanent

5 days per week,

Corby, NN17

£25,156.87 P/A

Depot Administrator duties:

  • Liaise with and support effective working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Deal with all cusomnter enquiries
  • Look after all procurement requirments for the warehouse
  • Identify opportunities for improving processes and continuous improvement.
  • Provide timely and quality management rpeorting and information
  • Data input
  • Support any otehr ad hoce administrative tasks
  • Control of warehouse administration ensuring all customer process are adhered to
  • Good spoken and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Previous experience working within a Warehouse / Transport enviroment
  • Customer Service orientated
