Who are ExamWorksUK?


We are a group of companies working in the legal, accident management and healthcare sectors currently looking for Operational Support to join us.

As an Operational Support you will be working for Premex Services.

The role of Operations Support is to ensure we meet customer expectations and to meet customer SLAs.

Working alongside the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the operational team from a none-clinical perspective.

A high commitment to achieving key deliverables and people management.

A successful Operations Support is expected to prioritise their own duties to allow approx.

80% of their daily workload to be on team processing, with the remaining 20% left to complete any ad-hoc tasks.


  • To be responsible for producing and analysing MI, ensuring that we meet internal and customer SLA's
  • Review MI for trends, taking a proactive approach to address and improve service levels
  • Identify and highlight any areas for potential focus that could impact the customer journey and case lifecycle i.e. high FTA/cancellation rates
  • Produce meaningful monthly/mid monthly reports with full analysis and commentary of SLA's.

This role is Monday to Friday - Hybrid based in Bolton BL6, 37.5 Hours per week.
