Description

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and awareness of the various brands you are responsible for.


You will be an excellent communicator, master of time management, and ensure that all deadlines are met, delivering within budget.


You will be required to support the management team, assist in growing their portfolio with accounts that you are passionate about and want to make an impact with.


Focus and responsibilities

You will also be:

  • Responsible for the coordination, delivery, and reporting of marketing strategies and campaigns for the clients, building strong relationships
  • Be part of their Strategic thinking, planning, and implementation
  • Daytoday responsibility and overseeing of online and offline marketing.
  • Budget planning and management, deriving maximum value for both the client and the business
  • Key point of contact for clients, tenants, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Analysis, reporting, KPIs and ROI
  • Identify opportunities to grow our portfolio through retention, business development, networking and pitching
  • Assist in the development of the Account Management, Content, and Digital teams, both individually and by department
  • Provide support for the management team when required
  • Reviewing workflows and developing best practice

We are looking for someone who is comfortable within a fast-paced, agency environment -working within an agency is very different, as you have to adapt to the different brands and businesses swapping your thought process, tone of voice and prospective audiencein a flash.

With this, we are looking for someone who has experience of Account Based Marketing


Also:

  • Time Management
  • Managing your time and input for all projects undertaken in relation to the budget and/or hours quoted.


  • Communication

  • Work closely and communicate effectively and efficiently with other departments within the business to ensure an integrated and effective approach to all activity account management, project management, content, design, web development,and finance.
  • 3 years+ digital marketing experience
  • Expert in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Fluent in Facebook Business Suite (Ads, Events, Commerce)
  • Experienced in Social Media Management (Paid and Organic)
  • Confidently clientfacing with experience in stakeholder management.
  • Specific knowledge of conversion tracking and remarketing
  • Significant understanding of SEO


This position would suit someone with an understanding of the fundamentals of business; including strategy, budget allocation, client communication, hands-on research, project management, investment optimization, reporting and analysis, etc.

Salary - up to £36,000
