Description
The role will be primarily office-based, using the latest remote access tools and providing telephone support.

The role will require taking initial support requests, logging them within internal systems seeing through to final resolution or passing on to 3rd line engineers.

Backup support to field engineers will also be required.


Key technical skills:


  • Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems within a small to medium sized environment
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP based networks, basic routing, DHCP and DNS
  • Microsoft 365
