The role will be based around Birmingham. Each Housing Support Officer will have a geographic area that will work in.The properties they will serve will be in the same area - therefore will not be driving around different areas all day.
We will give full training for the job with a 3 week induction and on going on the job training.
The duties include:
Signing up new tenants into the property
Weekly meetings with the tenants at the property
Health and safety inspection of the properties.
Supporting the tenant in areas such as:
- Registering with GP
- Attending appointments
- Setting goals
- Health and wellbeing
- Reporting maintenance issues to the maintenance issues
- Budgeting
- Helping them find move on accommodation
- Ensuring each tenant complies with tenancy terms
- Ensuring the room/house are kept clean
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Overtime
