Our collaboration with a reputable organisation in the Technology and Software Solutions (TSS) industry is seeking an Insight Expert to deliver creative business solutions by highlighting factual data and information, highlighting underlying potential, andpresenting "the story" of those opportunities.


The Role
As the Insight Expert, you will push for improvement ideas, offer high level strategic and tactical insight. As the leader of the insight direction, you'll be crucial to advancing and coordinating the operational plan.


Day 2 Day Responsibilities

  • Deliver innovative and industry leading insight, along with improvement recommendations for the Client
  • Integrate completely with CI and other Insight teams while coordinating with key operational stakeholders.
  • Collation, reporting and presentation of data & information

Essential Skills

  • Knowledge of Insight, MI/BI, analytical and mathematical theories and methods
  • Trained in Lean Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of and proficiency with Contact Center products and systems
  • Business Objects, Power BI, etc.
