Leicester, Hybrid
£22,000 + Bonus

The Company:
We are working with an industry leading brand who are seeking a personable, customer focused individual to join their team.
This person will be responsible for communicating with the businesses customers dealing with queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Role & Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Resolving all queries and issues effectively and efficiently
- Investigating issues and working towards positive outcomes
- Working in a busy environment, prioritising tasks in order of importance.
- Delivering great customer service at all times.
- Inputting customer data into the business's internal CRM.
- Working as a team player, supporting colleagues when required
About You as the Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with others
- Able to deliver excellent customer service
- Someone who is focused and pays attention to detail
- A cando attitude
- Good time management
- IT proficient
