Customer Service Advisor

Leicester, Hybrid

£22,000 + Bonus

The Company:


We are working with an industry leading brand who are seeking a personable, customer focused individual to join their team.

This person will be responsible for communicating with the businesses customers dealing with queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.


Role & Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Resolving all queries and issues effectively and efficiently
  • Investigating issues and working towards positive outcomes
  • Working in a busy environment, prioritising tasks in order of importance.
  • Delivering great customer service at all times.
  • Inputting customer data into the business's internal CRM.
  • Working as a team player, supporting colleagues when required

About You as the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with others
  • Able to deliver excellent customer service
  • Someone who is focused and pays attention to detail
  • A cando attitude
  • Good time management
  • IT proficient
