    Role Introduction

    We are seeking a dynamic Revenue Operations Analyst to support our sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. This position involves analysing sales data, trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain reporting suite within Gong to improve revenue growth and provide insight into sales and sales leadership performance
    • Analyse sales data, market trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
    • Forecast revenue potential and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and adoption of technology primary focus on Gong
    • Continuous improvement approach to process improvements and operational effectiveness
    • Support data integrity efforts and system alignment across functions.
    • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in revenue operations. Share knowledge and insights with the sales team and sales leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations or CRM data management.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong Gong experience
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • High attention to detail and consistency in execution.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing strategies.
    • Ability to analyse complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
