KOI is a dynamic and fast-growing footwear brand known for its bold, fashion-forward, and trend-setting designs which resonates with a variety of sub-cultures.


We are looking for a Wholesale Executive to join our team at our head office in Manchester, working closely with our Head of Wholesale.

This role will suit someone who has a minimum of 6 months experience in wholesale account management.


RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Arrange and forward plan the sales diary planning ahead for the season, and updating head of Wholesale on appointments/changes.
  • Work closely with the Head of Wholesale in prospecting, and securing the right clients for the brand.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Undergo regular sales analysis with reporting back of key notes and action points.
  • Daily communication with logistics and production teams to manage stock and orders.
  • Daily monitoring of internal inventory and vendor system to maintain adequate stock levels where necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing, retail and ecom teams when required.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
