Alchemy has an amazing opportunity for an experienced reward professional to join a global law firm in London as their Reward Manager.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the annual compensation review and life cycle process.
Advise the business on how to use the data to further support the reward strategy.
Create role & pay structures through analysing and comparing salary survey data.
Lead reporting on the UK gender and ethnicity gap.
Design salary suggestions and create management reports on these suggestions.
Share technical expertise and experience when educating a larger HR team on all aspects of reward.
Provide further assistance with other teams in the HR department.
Continuously monitor HR and business efforts, and external market trends that may have an impact on the firm's reward plan.
Ensure the reward process is aligned in conjunction with the HR department.
Oversee and foster the growth of one immediate team member.

Skills:

Strong reward background with prior experience within a compensation role at a law or legal company.
A track record of performing salary reviews and benchmarking analysis, as well as demonstrable experience serving as a reward expert.
Previous experience using compensation programs, salary surveys, and analysing market pay ranges.
Strong analytical abilities with a record of correctly evaluating and creating reports for senior management.
A methodical thinker who can decisively create solutions to complex issues.
Ability to prioritise and address various projects whilst continuously working under pressure.
Outstanding communication abilities with a capacity to collaborate with staff at all levels.
Demonstrated capacity to collaborate across HR and the larger organisation.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience using data reporting tools such as PowerBI is preferred.
