IT Support Engineer Contract - Inside IR35

This is an office-based role that will require you to attend the office in Oxford on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with clearing a backlog of support tickets
  • Follow up on the status of logged incidents and requests through to resolution
  • Ensure effective communication during the resolution of tickets
  • Support with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems

Experience Required

  • 3/4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and services
  • Advanced experience with hardware/software diagnostics and fault finding
