Description

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Validate data into the service database with great speed & accuracy
  • Ensure and verify the data before it is entered & processed
  • Respond to the customer's enquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and minute taking
  • Perform duties such as scanning, faxing, filing
  • Maintain records ensuing files are updated
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma required
  • Good computer knowledge and skills
  • Must have 1+ years data entry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Enjoy new challenges and working in a fastpaced busy environment
