Job Description:

As a Surveyor at Discover gardens, your primary responsibility will be conducting property inspections and surveys across London. You will assess residential and commercial properties,

identifying structural issues, maintenance requirements, and compliance concerns. Your accurate and detailed reports will guide clients' decision-making processes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Perform property inspections and surveys to assess condition, quality, and compliance.
• Identify and document defects, maintenance requirements, and structural issues.
• Utilise advanced surveying equipment and techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive reports with detailed descriptions

and photographs.


Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Surveyor, preferably in property inspection
• Indepth knowledge of building regulations and construction practices.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and reportwriting abilities.

PAYMENTS
Weekly pay

£8 a survey / £120 a day

£20 a day paid upfront for fuel
