Vivienne Westwood is looking for a
UK Admin Logistics Specialist to join the
Logistics Team
in the Elcho Street, London
Office on a
FULL-TIME basis for
12 Months.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling all deliveries into Elcho Street and notifying the relevant person/department
  • Handling all exports from Elcho Street for various departments
  • Assisting with imports and exports from Warehouse for large orders working with the agents to ensure customs clearance and delivery date.
  • At times handling Couture/Davies Street client's shipment
  • Tracking and printing PODs for shipments and resolving any problems or potential delays
  • Gathering quotes for ad hoc shipping for events, exhibitions or bulk stock transfers to ensure best rate/ transit time.
  • Cross check the weekly deferment statement against import docs to check that all was processed in a correct manner and informing DHL/FedEx of their errors.
  • Assisting with intrastat and commodity codes for nonEU shipment of new items
  • Managing the loading bay and try to keep it as tidy as possible including the recycling.
  • Managing inventory of samples and prototypes on SAP

PROFILE & KEY SKILLS

  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Essential
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel
  • Knowledge of Customs
- import and export

  • Communication and Organisational Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in Logistics
  • Carrier knowledge
  • Problem Solving
  • Analytical Skills
