Fastview360 Ltd are an exciting fast-growing company based in Nantwich who have developed an industry leading commercial vehicle CCTV and incident management system.

We already have a good customer base and are winning new customers because of our innovative system and strong focus on customer service.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our customer services team


Good communication, problem solving and logical thinking are ideal skills to have, along with a keen willingness to learn; team contribution is essential.

Hands on training will be provided for the role.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Providing desk based remote support to our field engineers, assisting with activating SIMS and checking cameras are online.
  • Remotely, configure and commission equipment using the software we have developed
  • Manage and maintain customer service requests.
  • Following all processes with a keen attention to detail.
  • Helping gather video incident evidence
  • Any other relevant tasks

Any experience or interest in the following would be an advantage

  • CCTV

Location:
Our primary office is located just outside of Nantwich.


Hours: 40 hours

£12 per hour - review after 6 month probation


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£12.00 per hour
