Care Assistant - Nights - Vida Grange
Vida Grange are looking for considerate and empathetic Care Assistants to join their team

We are looking for people who will share Vida's values and commitment to providing the highest quality, compassionate care. Ultimately, we are looking for kind, caring people who are passionate about helping others.

Vida is proud to offer some of the leading rates of pay in the industry, starting at £12.00 per hour during your probation and rising to £12.89 per hour once you have passed your probation.

We offer a range of flexible contracts including both full and part time hours.

Your key responsibilities will include to following:

Meeting the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
You will work with your team to support the residents with all aspects of personal and mobility care.
You will help to provide an enriched, stimulating, and engaging home environment, and will assist the activities team in creating opportunities for social activity and engagement during your daily duties.
Night shift hours are typically 7.45pm 8.00am
Vida Academy will provide training opportunities that will develop your knowledge and skills in supporting our residents to live life to the fullest. Our management teams and the Vida Academy will also help you on your career path, whatever your ambition in social care, our specialist trainers and management team will help you reach your goals

Vida Grange is a 124-bed home with 8 houses rated "Outstanding" by the CQC. We are now looking for enthusiastic, motivated, caring and conscientious people to join our team.

Vida Grange is only a few minutes outside Harrogate town centre and enjoys exceptional public transport links by both train and bus, to Leeds and beyond.
