    The CBRE Residential Sales department has seen some tremendous success over the years, and our goal is to become the first point of call in the East London region.

    Job Description

    We are searching for a new Affiliate Sales Negotiator to join our office in East London.

    • Negotiate the sale of CBRE's residential properties in the area
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers through proactive outreach
    • Perform viewings on our open-book register
    • Guide buyers through the sales process from initial interest to completion

    • A minimum of 3 years of proven residential sales experience.
    • Knowledge of the East London area would be advantageous.
    • Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with people at all levels of seniority.
    • Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously.
    • A strong negotiator with a sales orientated approach and good customer service levels.
