Fundraising Assistant - Corporate

About Us:

Rays of Sunshine brightens the lives of seriously ill young people and their families by granting wishes and providing ongoing support within hospitals and the community.

Our work creates a positive distraction, reduces isolation, improves self-esteem, and creates precious memories and smiles. To date, our work has reached over 80,000 seriously ill children and their families.


The role:

This newly created role will play a key role in supporting the delivering of the corporate fundraising strategy to achieve income targets.

Key focus of the role includes researching & building relationships, stewardship of existing partners and supporting approaches to prospective new corporate partners.

The postholder will help partners to feel inspired by the difference their contributions make and will work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager to provide administrative and practical support.

About You:

You are looking for your first role in into the charity sector. You are great at getting on with people of differing levels and backgrounds. You have experience of working collaboratively within a team. You are proactive and enthusiastic with a real can-do attitude.

You are looking for a role where you can not only make a difference but also learn and develop in fundraising.

You are a highly motivated, proactive and creative person who wants to provide corporate partners with first class account management, maximise their engagement and generate income.

London, N3 with hybrid/flexible working available

Contract Type:
Permanent

Hours:
Full Time, 37.5 per week. Hybrid working arrangements available

Salary and benefits:
£24k per annum, plus unlimited annual leave
