Job Purpose


To ensure Delight Supported Living Ltd (Scotland) are compliant in all areas by conducting regular audits for clients and Care and support related matters, e.g., support plan audits and by conducting regular quality checks, e.g., Quality Assurance visits for clients.

To promote the highest standards of care and support services ensuring quality standards are maintained across all business activities and adhere to regulations legislation in our Scotland offices.

The Role

  • Be responsible for all aspects of quality and compliance by identifying, assessing and managing compliance risk within the business and meeting the regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Registered Care Managers in the preparation for regulatory inspections.
  • Regularly review and keep up to date with changes in regulatory, legislative and market practices that impact the business.
  • Regular audits of Clients and Care worker files and ensure that they are always compliant.
  • Regular audit of care worker's daily activities, i.e., Medication Administration Record (MAR) charts, logbooks and also training records etc.
  • Working closely with the Registered Care Managers and to support them in all tasks and activities.
  • Act as the Privacy Champion ensuring that all processes comply with GDPR.
  • Update and maintain the GDPR Data Registers for the offices.
  • Assist the Registered Care Manager with care consultations, risk and needs assessments, as and when required.
  • Maintain effective systems ensuring that all folders, files, and databases are kept up to date.
  • Support in all aspects of office administration activities whilst being reactive to the needs of the business.
  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business. Qualifications
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office and Drop Boxes and online platforms.
  • Proven experience in office administration within a busy office environment.
  • Experience of supporting projects and working to tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work flexibly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong team player with the confidence to work alone.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
