Description
We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our growing team, you will need to be organised, confident to talk on the phone and enjoy being busy


As an Admin Assistant you will:

  • Answer all telephone calls and provide great customer service.
  • Schedule and organise contractor diaries.
  • Read reports to make sure all information is correct and raise any issues.
  • Speak to tenants and keep them updated throughout the process when work is being carried out.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Book Accommodation and travel bookings.
The successful Admin Assistant will ideally have a background in Administration and/or Customer Service and enjoy being organised and working as part of a team
