Top 50 UK law firm is looking for looking to recruit a Solicitor or Associate with excellent non-contentious experience.

Role Overview

The role will be to focus primarily on non-contentious construction matters, offering an Associate an excellent opportunity to enjoy high calibre work within a supportive environment.

The non-contentious construction work offers projects of differing sizesand complexity for a range of clients across a variety of sectors.

As part of the construction team, you would be expected to have the following skills and experience:

Experience specifically in non-contentious construction work
Commercial awareness with a commonsense approach to problem solving and the ability to follow through on ideas for improving service to clients
The ability to provide and communicate practical, commercial advice in a straightforward manner, assimilating facts quickly and working towards tight timescales
A willingness to attend marketing and social events organised by the firm or its clients or professional organisations, maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues
