Clinical Support Worker

Fixed Term 6-month contract

Hours - Full Time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours/week.

9:00am to 5:00pm, (with half an hour for lunch)

We are looking for a Health Care Assistant/Support Worker to join our client's company as a Health Care Support Worker.

You'll be hospital based working as a member of the Colorectal Nurse Team which provides assessment, planning and implementation of colorectal care to patients and carers.

You will provide clinical and non-clinical support to the Colorectal team under the direction of an appropriate registered health care professional.

You will also perform various administrative duties including stock ordering, composing letters, and handling documentation.

Our client builds close working relationship with HCPs in both the hospital and community setting and provides education and advice directly to patients.

To be considered for this important role you will be a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker with:

Previous experience caring for stoma care/colorectal patients
Experience of administrative duties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
