One of London's top construction consultancies is in immediate need of a Senior PM/Associate Director to join their project management team on two exciting ongoing projects in Central London.

This role is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, working initially on hospitality regeneration projects, ranging from £100m+ with a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects thereafter.

This team covers a range of sectors including Hotels, Residential, Mixed-Use & Commercial Office projects, this will be a great opportunity to work on projects of varying size and value.

This consultancy is arguably one of the best in the UK at what they do and offers great opportunity for internal promotion with competitive salaries, bonuses and an extensive benefits package.

As Senior Project Manager, you would be expected to lead some of the smaller projects and be an integral part of the team whilst working on larger projects, reporting into the Director/Partner responsible for delivering these market leading projects.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £75,000 (dependent on experience) plus an extensive benefits package, including bonus scheme.
