The Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our night team.

As a night time Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

You will be working as part of a small team of night time staff and so communication and teamwork are key.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times
• Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
• Assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure optimal care
• Maintain accurate records of client care activities

Desired Skills

• Experience in nursing home setting is preferred but not essential as full training provided
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP
We currently require staff to be flexible working alternate weekends within the nursing home.

This role is permanent and for a minimum of 30 hours per week and so we cannot provide a role to anyone currently on sponsorship with visa limitations of less than this amount of hours.

Salary:
£11.01-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
