Your Opportunity
This is a chance to join something exciting and, in a way, new. The role is due to organic growth within the office of this fast-growing local firm.

With expectations high, you will need to show a clear desire to grow and want it as much as the leaders in thebusiness.

Whilst this is a flexible position, possibly fully remote it requires at least three full days per week (or full-time) and at least one visit to the central office per week so, ideally, you will be able to travel to the office once a week (so living within1 hour or 30 miles).

Responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of key clients
  • Assisting with the management of the semiseniors and juniors within the team
  • Checking the work of the outsourced team
  • Communicating with clients new and current
  • Creating growth strategies and advising clients
  • Assisting with the growth of the firm

Required Attributes and Exposure:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified
  • Currently, a senior looking to move into a more client manager position
  • Highly organised
  • Accounts preparation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of multiple accounting systems
  • Ability to delegate and defuse when necessary
  • History of working directly with clients
