Raising funds is essential to ensuring that we can help keep children safe, well and loved with their families.

Children 1st is looking for two new members of our Supporter Experience Team.

Due to internal career progression, we have two Supporter Care Officer vacancies.

Alongside providing gold standard stewardship, the team supports the fundraising department by processing payments, reconciling income, ensuring data is accurate and up to date, and fulfilling supporter requests.

We need someone who is friendly, focused, organised, and has a keen eye for detail.

If you have customer service or operations experience or are looking to start a career in fundraising, and have a passion for supporting Scotland's children - we want to hear from you.

Further information:

This a permanent, full-time role of 35 hours per week. You will be based at our Edinburgh office at Whitehouse Loan.
